Web-Proxy site speed limit.

Hello All

I configured web-proxy and also added simple queue for each users, also set speed limit for each users.
I want add some websites, which all users can open without speed limit.
I tried simple queue priorities, but do not work.
Any ideas?

Add an external squid Proxy. Or use openwrt/LEDE based router/hotspot, incl. squid.
