Web Proxy with user control

You can do with the squid control access to the Internet by User (LDAP, local auth, etc.).?
Example:
user admin: full access
user guest: www.google.com

I have only the access control, cache size to 0MB (/dev/null).

yes, you can do this with Squid. but, AFAIR, you cannot use authorization and transparent proxying simultaneously

I can so easily with the squid in linux / pfsense, but in MK do not know how.

RouterOS v3 do not have Squid. it’s proxy is written from scratch

This would be a neat feature for my purposes. Im using these as a firewall for PCI/CISP compliance. Having ACLs allowing certain people to go to certain sites authorized via LDAPS would be awesome.
