Web proxy working but with no hits

Hi, I have the web proxy up and running and with transparent redirection for the clients (80 → 3128), but thats the situation I’m dealing with:

Any thoughts?

Just upgraded Mikrotik and the proxy still doesn’t work… Nobody having this kind of problem? Can’t figure out why the cache never caches anything.
