web-proxy

I have two questions.

I use MT web-proxy to deny access to specific sites.
while http is working just fine, https does not.

The problem is that most of the web servers (including my company’s) will accept https connections by default which then bypasses my proxy and users can then visit the forbidden sites anyway…

Can i filter https traffic this way somehow?

second is- now that i have filtered a lot of garbage sites and i see strange entryes in my syslog. something like this:
web-proxy,debug,packet 1181560132.913 1033 87.25.130.168 TCP_MISS/200 138 CONNECT 64.12.200.89:443 - DIRECT/64.15.200.89
What does this mean?

Thanks!
