I reset my users yesterday and lost about 10 users out of 200 that I know of!
They totally disappeared and I had to recreate them.

I think I know why I lost some clients in the reset. The tick boxes doesn’t reset after you pressed the reset button.
I deleted old hotspot users just after that and I pressume the tickboxes was still ticked.
Would be nice if the tickboxes resets after rest was pressed.
