yes there is. inside access list. make a new DENY rule with additional REDIRECT parameter

no at all mate i have an L6 license but till now i didn’t upgrade because i don wanna loose my 70 GBs cache files that help my bandwidh alot.

Brings up an interesting question. Does the cache clear out when you upgrade ROS?

yes mate when u upgrade from 2.9.x to 3.x the cache will be cleared.
