web-sites load slowly

Hello,

I have a hot-spot with RB450G, on a cable line - 50/10Mbps, wi-fi users are using about 10Mbps. I can do speed tests, and they show full speeds.

However, the web-sites load very slowly… even though it shows the name of the web-site on the top panel in browser. It’s a bit random, some web-sites load faster than others. DNS seems to be resolving name to ip quickly, CPU usage is less than 20-30%.

I’m pretty sure that I misconfigured something… what could it be?

I just did a test on pingtest.net , and it seems that there’s a lot of packet loss:

4%-8% packet loss
ping around 50ms
jitter 20-50ms

Could this be related to improperly configured Queues in Mikrotik? I don’t know anything about queues, how do I just disable them as well as disable any bandwidth restrictions?
