Webbox does not open

Hello world !!!

I have a RB450 with ROS3.10 and just recognized that the routers webbox page is not available.
the browser(FF 3.0.10) just says “waiting for …” and loads about 10 minutes before the connection is reset by the server.
Other RBs with a similar configuration do not have this problem.
Is there a sitch to turn the webbox on/off ?
SSH, Winbox work fine.
Cannot connect via serial, because I am in Germany the device is in Spain and I do not have such a long cable.

A second problem is that the connection slows down. After a reboot the downspeed is about 6Mbit/s after a few minutes it is at 500-700 kbit/s until the next reboot.
CPU usage is at 3-4 %, that should not be the problem.

Please no replies with FW-upgrades. I tried it once and now I am waiting since february for MikroTik to send my repaired RB1000 back.

new symptoms :

when I try to connect to webbox it asks me for username and password to access WebAdmin.
Cancel → Reload in browser gives me the webbox

now winbox and SSH connections are refused.

I can still connect with ftp, but how do i configure the device that way ?

Maybe upgrade it to v3.24? There is a new webbox version, and if you have FTP access, upgrading should be no problem
