Hi,
i am currently running RouterOS 5.0 and ever since i installed it i have not been able to run webbox, for me using webbox is the only way i know how to update my RB1100! i would appreciate some help here.

webbox is obsolete, use webfig instead.
hi, thanks for your prompt response, i have opened up the webfig but cant seem to see where to do an update.
i would appreciate it if you could please point me in the direction where i can find any material that explains this.

To upgrade uploadnpk file to the router

And then reboot the router.
Thanks for you r reply. Right now i cant even access the IP address that is used for the adapter. But each time i do that it bounces me out and also then i get signed out of the hotspot; then the page tries in vain to refresh.
So i cant even get to use the webbox or webfig.
please contact the seller of the device to help you with the beginner basics. it would be quite difficult to explain everything here in the forum without knowing anything about your device and it’s configuration
