Hi there,
I’m running the latest version of the Dude. I love the potential of the package but it needs some finetuning..
I recently installed The Dude 2.0 on a Windows 2003 server to provide us with graphs for longer than my workingdays..
It happened that the day I installed it, changed the login for admin from nothing to something it became impossible to login via webclient (any version, port 8200 in my case). After some struggling I got it to work again.
Today I’ve been tweaking the Dude further so I could see traffic rate’s on links between switches. The whole day I saw the progress of what I was doing, when I finished I had about 15 minutes fun watching it and then The Dude suddenly only displayed an area with a red cross in the area in which you normally would expect your maps to show up.. I can’t see any map I had. I’ve tried restarting the service, copying a backup to the server, nothing worked.. It even got worse.. The Dude now refuses again to let me login via web. The client version is working and displaying maps as they were before the problem started.
Anybody else with this problem? And even better, anyone with a solution to solve it or a workaround?
Regards,
Minollie
