Webfig problems with v7.19.1 and AX3

I have a hEX and 2 hAP AX3s. Using hEX CAPsMAN to control the AX3s wireless. Ran for several months with no issues under v7.13. Upgraded everything to v7.19.1. Started seeing problems with WiFi not working. The phones were defaulting to cell, so it took me a while to see there was no connection. Went to WebFig to try and sort things out.

WebFig came up with this login window with the address 192.168.88.1

When I logged in, it came up with this window

Logging into the second windwo got me logged in to the router with QuickSet in the display. When clicked the advanced topics tab, it took me back to the login in the second screen.

Logging in there took me to the first screen. Then it said my password did not match. General mess.

So I did a reset on all the routers. On the hEX 192.168.88.1 gives me the first login window, then the second gets me logged in. The address 192.168.88.1/? takes me directly to the second window, where I can log into the hEX. The default settings have given me wired internet. But I cannot connect to the AX3s at all after they were reset. So I have a wired internet connection, but no WiFi.

Some forum posts show that AX3s have had connection problems related to the Firewall on the host. I using a iMac, and the firewall on it is disabled. The firewalls on the MikroTik devices are the default after reset. The strange WebFig windows are one problem, but the real problem is total lack of access to the AX3s. I appreciate suggestions on either or both problems.

I have no experience working with Webfig (I don’t like it and every alternative is better imho), might have to do with browser caching. Have you tried clearing cache?

Any particular reason not using either Winbox or SSH?

Thanks for your response. Do not use WinBox because I am on an iMac. Do not use SSH because I do not know how. I am 82 years old with short term memory problems, so learning how to use SSH might take me awhile.

You can try Winbox 4, that though still in the works, should work fine for normal settings of a router and can run on Mac.
