WebFig Skin not being implemented

Hi,

I just created a skin in WebFig and assigned that to a group and assigned that group to a User as show in http://forum.mikrotik.com/t/webfig-skins-tutorial/47486/1

But when I log-in using that User, the user is able to perform almost all the task system wide.

I am using Mikrotik ROS 5.7

use v5.16 instead. why use old version ?

Hi,

I have upgraded to Mikrotik v5.16, still WebFig skin not working. User is able to see everything and edit everything.

Hi,

The settings are working but only from web interface and not on Winbox.

Webfig Skins only work for Webfig. This doesn’t affect Winbox!
You could force the user to use Webfig, by unchecking Winbox, SSH, Telnet in the User policy configuration. This way, only Webfig would be available. You can also disable Winbox in “ip policy” menu.
