I’m trying to create a new skin which allows limited access for our customers so they can:
- Make basic changes to the WiFi SSID’s and password etc
- Activate WPS (we are using HAP AC’s which don’t have a WPS button)
- Change the local IP address and DHCP settings
- Have access to the Kid Control feature
The first three can be achieved through QuickSet but for Kid Control we have to use WebFig.
In creating the skin I’ve come across a couple of “features” and also a more serious bug.
The bug first
When I only allow access to the IP->Kid Control menu, it’s not possible to open WebFig from the web interface. I’m stuck on the QuickSet page - clicking on WebFig does nothing.

However, if I enable the “Interfaces” menu item, it works fine.

Any ideas?
And the features
- On QuickSet page - I can’t find a way to remove the “Reset Configuration” button
- Is it possible to hide the list box at the top of the screen where the user can switch from Home AP Dual?
