Running v3.7.13 for several years. Needed to edit settings but found I couldn’t access it via winbox. A port scan confirmed that port 80 wasn’t open. Went to IP SERVICE at the console and confirmed that the settings were correct. I then rebooted it with no luck. Any ideas folks? I’d be greatly appreciative. Thanks!!!

revise your /ip/firewall settings. If you have it enabled in services, I’m sure you have it closed in firewall.

I looked through dst-nat and src-nat, don’t really see anything there that seems like a likely culprit. I’m not so good at the CLI, could you give me some ideas what I should be looking for? Thanks again for your help.
Disable all firewall rules and try if works. And later find the INPUT filter is closing it.
It was a change of MAC address, once I got to looking around in the input rules I saw it right away. Thanks!!!
