i need that kind of software or Script i can make my LAN website like Youtube. in which users just click on movie & It will run on same page or their Media Player. ( By This I will Able to reduce Network Flow Traffic, Now My all users Download the movie to watch and increase flow of traffic which cause slow Net Speed on Mikrotik)

Strange request.
You may cache youtube videos with web proxy - that may take some load off your direct connections after a while. This is hoping your clients watch just about the same set of videos!
There was a debate some time ago about how useful this (cache) is, seeing the tons of different videos available on youtube.
I need to create Like Youtube Website for my LAN web server.
i know this is not a right forum to request but want to have some solution of this from Experts.
this question is not related to RouterOS.
ask google. if it only would be so simple to make a website like youtube
