Webskin for seperate operator

Hi,

can anybody help me configuring the webskin as per the below requirement.

I have configured 10 vlans (like vlan 10, vlan 20…)and running pppoe servers on those 10 vlans. Now i want to create a webskin for operator to login and see only online pppoe customers connected from vlan 10. Please help me in configuring this.

Why not use metarouter, and give him full access, to just the vlan10 stuff.

But Metarouter option is not available in x86 system running version 5.24 ROS.
