My company has been using Mikrotik for the last 2 years now, and we donot seem to have any problems, until recently.
We have very slow connectivity, with minimal activity.
Also the graphs that are setup take forever to open up.
Has anybody had/have this problem?

Where is slow connectivity? Your Internet is very slow or connection to MikroTik router is very slow.

When the graphs are loaded in a browser, it opens, but opens very slowly.
When on the interface list, internet connectivity (wan) is less than 200kbps, but when opening web pages, it just times out.

Which Graphs are you talking about? RouterOS graphs/SNMP Graphs/Internet graphs?
Do you have any queues, which can limit traffic between your computer and router?
