Weird performance on CRS309-1G-8S+ R2

Hello,

I describe first what I have and later the issue:

List
Switch CRS3090-1G-8S+ R2 Firmware Swos: 2.16
A mix of 4 1 GB S+R1 Transceiver and 4 10GB s+RJ10 Transceiver (R2)

  • Fiber Modem


    • Draytek 2962 using 2.5GB to Mikrotik


    • Laptop connected to Draytek


    • Mikrotik connected to Draytek (10GB)


        • PC connected to Mikrotik (10GB) Using a Qnap AQC107
          All devices are uptated to the latest firmware. Windows is also update to the latest of Windows 11-Pro

Problem description
If I copy an iso file from the pc to the laptop it passes the Mikrotik and Draytek and has a speed of 900mbps
The other way around also 900mbps.

If I do a speed test on the pc and it is passing the Mikrotik, Draytek and Fibermodem I read this:
Download 850/950 mbps
Upload 450mbps.

  • If I unplug the PC from the 10GB transceiver and plug the cable into a 1GB transceiver, the download 900mbps and upload are 900mbps. during the speedtest.

If I do a speed test on the laptop and it is passing the Draytek and Fibermodem I read this:
Download 850/950 mbps
Upload 900mbps.

So I woder why is the uploadspeed to the laptop so much higher than the speedtest download?
Is it the transceiver? I tested 2 out of 4 transceivers and they all say 900 down and 450up.
