Weird speed issue

Hello, PLEASE HELP!
I got one Mikrotik CCR1009-7G-1C-1S+, when I put a switch(100M or 1000M) before Mikrotik CCR1009-7G-1C-1S+, then upload and download speed is very slow…may be just 10M, but ISP given for 100M. the Switch is Cisco 4/8 port switch.
When Mikrotik CCR1009-7G-1C-1S+ concent to ISP, the speed is normal be 100M, upload and download speed also is normal.

I follow this https://www.reddit.com/r/HomeNetworking/comments/3iwbtp/mikrotik_router_speed_issues/ to change ‘Try Queues > Ethernet-Queues and change your routed port (WAN port) to ethernet-default’, but not help.

Switch should act transparently and at wire speed. Check the negotiated line speeds and try another switch or cables. Doesn’t seem the router has an influence on that.

ISP is Cisco HSRP to my RouterOS, does ISP Cisco devices some config cause this?
