Weird System store error after 6.9 upgrade.

“store,error create journal failed:-1” Do you have any idea what that means ? in some of our 435G’s micro sd cards are dissapeared after 6.9 upgrade and some of them gives this error ? downgrading won’t solve problem sd cards are gone we couldn’t hard reset “we have to cut power of all tower” but soft reset also does not work…

Sorry - can’t help on this, but I have the same problem on a 450G.

Edit: To be more precise - after upgrading to ROS 6.9 and FW 3.10 the micro-sd tree was visible in /files but I could not read or write anything. Another reboot and the micro-sd tree is now completely gone on my 450G. The card is still working fine in an normal PC/laptop/smartphone/… I used store logs, results from sniffer, metarouter on the card. I need some external storage on the board. Any hints what to try next?

Well i have exactly the same problem but this affects NV2 performance dramaticly. I had to hard reboot to get micro-sd back. Sometimes it will come back on its own. What kind of bug is this ? It still persists under 6.10 i replaced all sd’s with class 10 without success.

Hi, I had a similar issue. I have RB493G with Transcend MicroSDHC 8 GB Class 6. After upgrade to RouterOS 6.9 the card was lost (not shown in /store). Same reason: “store,error create journal failed:-1”. Reboots didn’t solve it. I turned off a router. Card was shown but only some files were readable. Any file write operation couldn’t be performed. I have upgraded to RouterOS 6.10. The card wasn’t shown. After the second reboot, the card was shown and it looks that works properly. I thought that the card was corrupted but it seems not.

All of my 435G’s suffer from this problem, yet no solution from mikrotik :frowning:

I have realized similar problems. My solution for this so far is to postpone any writing by scripts, logs or whatever at least 1 minute after device start to let the flash connect propperly. Otherwise the directory is created in internal disk instead external disk name and the flash is not mounted.

Any one from mikrotik? please add this option to routeros 6.11 as soon as possible.
