Welcome Page for VPN Clients

hi
i have a Microtic VPN Server with around 1500 clints which they are able to access internet with this connection.
is it possible to design a page that all users when they logged on and want to open a web page , first see this page and then they continue their surfing on internet?
i need to give some information for the users some times so i think this is the best way.

bridge all them to an hotspot page?

i need to show them this page just once. when they logon to server.
hot spot is not enabled on this RB.

but how it is possible to mix hotspot with VPN clients?

I recommend to avoid HotSpot bridging with any PPP server.

basically, sergejs means that it’s not recommended to do this.
