1-how i can made wepkey for each user?
2-can i enter to the router winbox configuration from the user pc and how?

One way to do it would be on your ACL (access control list). Using WINBOX add the wireless user MAC address to your wireless ACL. Create a new Security Profile. Set the profile to “none” and check the RADIUS MAC authentication box. Go back to your wireless interface and select the new security profile for that interface. Go to your ACL and double click your user. At the bottom of the interface, yout will see a box that allows you to set the key for that specific user.
