What Access Point is powerfull enough through many rooms

Sorry, here is the English…
I want help, please… if I want to use Access Point in 4 floors building, and each floor have about 40-50 rooms, (it is a hotel building). can you suggest me what AP should I use to ensure the signal distributed to each room in each floor? and how many AP should I install each floor?

Note: it is difficult using Outdoor AP, because each side of the outer building verge with neighbor yard.

A I told in the other post, you can use 2404U antenas of L-com and a RB411AR with a XR2 card or Dbii Card with 600 mW power and regulate it to your needed power.

The question should not be: “What Access Point is powerfull enough through many rooms”

The question should be: “How many 12mw clients can make it through many rooms to my APs”

Building a strong AP with lots of xmit power to blast through an entire building is easy if you dont care about the quality of the client connections back to the AP.

You need to consider the client devices may be only 10mw hand-held PDAs which have a weak xmit level.

Plan your AP or APs so they have good antennas and good receive sensivity cards. You should plan your APs to be able to hear your weakest clients with SNR around 50.
