What are the different flags when doing a scanner

So probably a real stupid question but I cant find the answer nor figure out how to reproduce it.

When I do a background scan on a mikrotik some of the SIgnals have an A and some do not under their Flag. I know that means Active guessing for the most part means you can connect to them. But if there is not an A what does that real mean and if you cant connect to them why can you even see them???

Thanks for any insight

A = active, recently appeared in a scan. If this is missing, means AP is no longer in range or has weak signal
P = privacy, network is secured by some method
R = RouterOS network
B = bridged RouterOS network

Unfortunately there’s no way to stop advertising as a RouterOS network, this also gives away the version number and radio name to anyone in range.
