What Bandwidth am I actually using?

Hi all Dude users,

I wish to answer the following;

  1. My ISP says they provide me internet downlink of 128 kbps and uplink 64 kbps dedicated.
    What bandwidth have I been using for the past 24 hrs, one week, one month ? I wish to use dude to take a snap-shot of graph, or email the graph to me once a week.

  2. A WAN exists with central office and four other branches. What is the bandwidth utilisation for the past 24 hrs, one week and one month?

All sites have Cisco routers with SNMP enabled.

The dude averages the data collected at intervals of 1 hour and 1 day and 1 month and 1 year. The graphs will not be as tall since the peaks are averaged out. Several people have asked for a check box to record max but it does not exist yet.

There is not a timed export for an interface although you can do it manually. Click on interface settings, history, export, select filetype.

I would suggest setting up netflow data and running a netflow collector for this task.
