What causes this? I didn’t have the problem in 2.9.51 Upgrade to V3 it does it back to 2.9 it goes away.

Got it. It is my upstream provider’s router. Just got to see what the deal is there now.
The upstream provider uses a Cisco router which matches the Mac address listed. They do have proxy-arp enabled and refuse to turn it off.
How can I correct this on my end?

It renders IP scan useless unless I specify the interface and the router has many many interfaces…
