I installed router OS trough netinstall and I put it in E:
Have one HDD, two partitions c: and e:
now when I restart it says Insert system disk and press enter to continue.
Did I make my computer unbootable?
If I buy an external hdd and install windows on it..will I be able to access the data on my other HD?

you probably just blew away the partition table and possibly all the data. first things i would remove that drive so that nothing else gets written to it. then use a very nice program (not free) called Restorer2k Pro to scan the disk from another machine to see if all your data is recoverable or not.

agree with changeip - remove it as soon as you can, and if it’s real important - bring it to a specialist. connecting it as a secondary drive to another windows machine, and running a recovery software – also a good idea
