Assuming by my completely screwed DNS, it means that I have to factory reset the router after upgrading?
“factory only release” in the RouterOS changelog means that it has never been approved for customers. So just ignore that version. I don’t understand how DNS is related.
Are you speaking about 6.47.5? That was run in Mikrotik labs only, but was never released to the public - probably due to issues.
Talking about this. I upgraded and my router went in a complete tilt. 80% of pages won’t open, unless I access them from Google, which makes no sense. Aren’t “Stable” releases supposed to be stable? Edit: I’m a moron. The “factory only release” note is ment for the 6.47.5 version.
