I was just browsing through the routerboard hardware looking for components for a larger wireless installation. Somehow I was not able to find any more 2.4ghz sector antennas - also the omnitik only comes as 5GHZ model. I am pretty sure there was a 2.4ghz model as well.
Is there any particular reason for the 2.4ghz equipment to disappear?
We didn’t have a 2GHz OmniTik. Also we didn’t have 2GHz sectors. Nothing has been removed.

what hw would you recommend then for a covering larger areas like parking lots or exhibition halls?
You can get 2.5 GHz sectors from other brands and white-brand…
