I’m looking to buy two MikroTik routers that can comfortably tunnel 1 Gbps over an EoIP tunnel they’ve established between themselves. IPsec is not a requirement and the transit network supports jumbo frames.
What hardware model would you suggest to start at? I can find plenty of performance metrics regarding IPsec, but not so much for EoIP.
