You could setup a long user name with a long password. This way only you will know the user/pass. Then lock down all other services to on your side’s IP address to the device. You could then place a temporary Hotspot on the device that displays a message that the user has not payed their bill and access has been denied until payment is made.
All you need to do is disable the ethernet port on the RouterBoard in WinBox.

just call him and tell him to pay his bill or he won’t get any help in the future. if you sabatage him you might have a lawsuit on your hands. if your providing the internet service, just turn him off.
Disabling the ethernet port will make it not respond to even winbox.
He pays for your service and if he does not pay he gets no service, simple. Why is there a problem with this? It is the way business works yes?
