limiting by Max Limit in Simple Queue General TAB
or creating pcq queue types with rate limit and selecting them (Target UP/Target Down) in Simple Queues in Advanced TAB?

I recommend listening to Janis and looking at the PDF slides from the presentation. It shows, why simple queues shouldn’t be used, and PCQ queues in queue tree should be used :slight_smile:. If you want to understand the queueing concepts - this is one of the best presentations :slight_smile:.
