What is "request timed out"?and why this happen?ho

I have some problem in my connections, when my client playing a game online sometimes the connection showed “request timed out”, and this causes she/he must playing a game begining again..so she/he lose too many step,scored,money etc. in the game. I would like to know how to solve this problem?if my internet connections is bad, where is it? thanks. [/b]

Dear jumax,
do you have traffics monitoring for your connection?, normally game online, chat room or live cam to many refresh. than to many periodic for your connection to the it server, and needed enought bandwith.

can i know, where did you see “Request Timeout” screen dispaly

Thank’s Balimore,I saw “RTO” on command prompt
Thank’s Proxy,I used router(antenna,mikrotik 2.9.2)>switch>and we have 2 router V2.9.2 used on client…I’ll wait ur answer…God bless U…
And more sometimes if just 2-4 users/computers were online still displayed RTO, my client have 175 computers.
