What is the best Load Balancing in my network as shown in the attachment
I have use PPC (http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:PCC) is it the best as all request come from 192.168.0.2

i think it will be better if not using NAT on mikrotik and put the 192.168.1.0/24 is coming to upstream router, you can get better load balancing. Right now you are doing LB whit which parameters, dst address, port numbers? i am using src address for LB, it is not pure and equal but with another parameters there are issue with internet banking e.g.

do you mean i should do the BL and HotSpot on the same router? (I have webproxy with the hotspot and as i read it’s better to keep it a way from BL)

yes I think this is better but how can i do it with my network with web proxy and rate limits for users
