I have to implement a link about 30 Km, is there any solution from Mikrotik to support me in this?

Yes,of course Rb411 + R5H + 5G/PAR on each side can be good enough. And don’t forget of Line Of Sight

could you please explain what are these units?, and will they all been assempled in the same outdoor unit?

In additional you need 1-2m N-male to N-male RF cable (LMR-400,8D-FB,10D-FB etc.)
If you mean integrated solution , no it’s not integrated solution. This is complete system flexible depend on requirement.
