What is the best way to split - Bandwidth

Hello every one

I want to know what is the favorite method and what is the best way to divide the total bandwidth on the flag (all user) if the overall speed is 10M (band)
No.of users in all network = 300 user
To include the division:
Each user takes the same speed and be a constant speed if it is in the sense that the network is in use or inside of the network (where the number of users have the same speed) to browse and download .

Search for PCQ

PCQ is the way to go, look at mangle, connection and packet mark. Then at queue tree.

And why not PCQ with just a simple queue?

in queue type you can create a pcq to balanced speed (all user in the same speed) ,

in simple queue can create this method and should but your speed if you need and apply to users ..


in simple queue more expansion than pcq

If he create a simple queue with default pcq-upload and pcq-download for target 192.168.88.0/24 where is the problem?
This article explains well…
I use the last line with simple queue.
