Somebody knows what for is the # column at winbox simple queue? It have two options “sorting mode” and “strict ordering mode”, but I can´t understand what does it do.

Isn’t it just ordinal number of the queue? Just like you have ordinal numbers of firewall rules inside /ip firewall for example.
for illustrative purposes, you can sort the queues in any order - by name, by address etc. but nevertheless, queues are executed in special order, no matter how you sort them. if you wish to see the order in how they are executed, sort with the # column.
