I’m having trouble finding this in the documentation.
What is the default 5 ghz scan-list?

Scan list uses frequencies allowed in your country or frequencies from ‘interface wireless info print’.
If no country is selected, the following frequencies should be used,

or ‘interface wireless info print’.

each card has a different list of supported frequencies, which then gets reduced to what is allowed in your selected frequency-mode. the result can be seen in /wireless info print
