What is the practical range of cAP lite AP?

I have 4 cAP lite APs, how far away should I put them in one line for the WiFi coverage in office (mainly empty) to be good?

I believe distance of 10-15m (or even futher) between your AP’s will be good, it depends on obstacles for wi-fi signal

I had to reduce signal gain significantly to make things work, tho. I ended up with gain set to 16db.

Cap lite has a 1.5 dbi antenna… if you set it to 16 dbi then you increased the Gain and as a result the Tx power was decreased…

Exactly. The more signal there is, the more interference occurred, so I decided to kick the signal down to the bare minimum. It worked.

But I am still getting some issues, i was today on the spot and the guys reported some dropouts. I think I will reduce the signal even more. The issue is that the devices stay on the ap too long, but you mustn’t enable the kick-off, as that kills of some areas of the warehouse.
