The fact that the default radius port for admission is a different one than the default one for accounting?
What is the actual problem? You need accounting and it does not work? Do you use an external RADIUS server or UserManager?
The screenshot you post doesn’t show the complete message, so press the [Terminal] button to open a command line window, type /log print where message~“account” (or copy-paste the text from here to avoid mistypes) there and press Enter. You should get the complete error text.
As you use the internal RADIUS server (User Manager), I assume that the error says that the TCP session could not be established, which would mean that some firewall rules that allow processes on the Mikrotik itself to talk to each other are missing in your configuration. So follow the instruction in my automatic signature if you want further assistance from my side, and read it carefully before actually posting the config.
Also your screenshot shows incorrect address.
