in an university I have just bought and installed 7 x Mikrotik CRS125-24G-1S-IN, one in each floor of the building. Main Link to each CRS125-24G-1S-IN goes from the server room. I have one more CRS125-24G-1S-IN which I intend to connect 5 unconnected clients on that and use it as a Main Router. Can I do that? Is it ok that I use a CRS125-24G-1S-IN as a Main Router as well or should I buy another equipment (i have already passed the budged line). The bandwidth capacity in the university is 400 megabits per second. Please please help?

You can use it but one advice tey to minimize your filter rules and mangle rules to the minimum.
and also try to use policy routing whenever possible.

You would need a router, a RB3011 as a minimum, otherwise a CCR1009 if you can push the budget a bit more.
