what's going wrong with RB532A?

hi all MT gurus,
after constantley reboot the RB 532A, i tried to install router os with netinstall.but no luck
when i used netinstall ,it gives me following error



Waiting for installation server…
Found server at 00:15:58:DC:B3:30

Formatting disk…
ERROR: could not format partitions
Press ENTER to reboot


i can not go further,so anybody tell me whats going on rb532a?

i already format NAND but no luck.

i tried to upgrade firmware but i don’t know how to upgrade firmware over ethernet or over serial?

if anyone find solution then really appreciate.

i solved the problem.

and routerboards r working nice.

thanx to all forum members and ofourse mikrotik too..
