its PreRelease of beta3 , or very unStable?

That is not official I would not touch it. (EDIT: Normis said it is safe… I have not tried it)

No idea why that file is there, but there is nothing dangerous about it. It works not worse than beta2, maybe better. Still some problems though (unfixed bugs since beta2), so it’s not finished.

Beta2 - all files inside from 15/07/2010
Beta3 - all files inside from 16/07/2010
