Same problem here for everything after the first chart. I am just learning Dude. The quick work around for me was to select the data sources tab under Charts, then view the built in chart at that location.
In which version are you encountering this problem?

I have similar issue in Dude 3.6 installed on Windows server.
Can someone confirm that this is a bug in version 3.6 and it is fixed in new Dude v6?

I have not noticed such problem with adding data sources to charts in latest dude versions. After a quick retest, just to be sure. In v6,39rc latest builds there were no issues with these actions.
