I’m login in by my laptop, when i’m trying to login by my mobile, the mikrotik disconnect my laptop!!!

ps: I’m connected to RouterBoard by Access Point
According to the log, you have set somewhere in hotspot or hotspot user to limit access to 1 mac address. When trying to connect with the same user, on a different device, it disconnects other device, to make sure only 1 device (mac) has access at one time.
Try changing the setting to 2 or more.
Increase addresses-per-mac under IP->Hotspot->Servers->your hotspot server.
