when rb750 upgrade to 6.31 something wrong has happened

Today I checked update from Winbox(rb750) and get new version 6.31,
Before upgrade routeros to 6.31, current version is 6.30.1, and everything is ok.

As usual, download new package and reboot routeros to finish upgrade.
After reboot, something wrong has happened.

PC ping routeros, about 50% packet loss to router, network is extremely unstable.
When I plug LAN cable to PC, NIC get up down up down up down up down …
Downgrade to 6.30.2, everything is ok.
But when I tried upgrade to 6.31 again, bad things happened again.

My routerboard information:
Model: RB750
Firmware: 3.24
Free Memory: 8.2MiB
Total Memory: 32.0MiB
CPU Freq.: 300MHz
Free HDD Space:48.3MiB
Total HDD Size: 64.0MiB

I has downgraded to 6.30.2 now.
Is bug of new version or hardware problem?

Same issue with me, the ethernets 2-5 flaps ,on both rb 750 3years old!

Problem is fixed in 6.32 rc5

What’s new in 6.32rc5 (2015-Aug-24 16:16):
*) switch - fixed port flapping on switch ports of RB750, RB750UP, RB751U-2HnD and RB951-2N (introduced in 6.31)
Upgrade to this version.
Or downgrade to 6.30.4 - http://download2.mikrotik.com/routeros/6.30.4/routeros-mipsbe-6.30.4.npk

Thanks!

In my case this happened after upgrade from 6.19 to 6.30.4 on one RB750 and from 6.25 to 6.30.4 on another RB750.

Both RB’s have ports 2-5 in bridge. After upgrade these ports were cycling UP/DOWN all the time and so pings were unusable high. I had to downgrade back to 6.19 or 6.25 to have it working again.
So in 6.30.4 this is not fixed!
