When vlan interfaces is so much, after reboot there running not correctly on RB2011LS

Hi there. I have created 500+ vlan interfaces on RB2011LS. After reboot vlan interfaces is running not correctly. I forcefully disabling all vlans, than enabling. After that they run normally. How may i resolve this problem.

What does mean “do not run correctly” ?

it’s mean that many of them are not in running mode
