Deployed 3 RBSXTR&R11e-LTE devices. All worked originally. One then complained of the SIM not being inserted when LTE debugging turned on after it stopped working. The devices are quite remote.

Have access via working units for remote management. Clear line of sight to cell mast approximately 400 meters away.
Working unit on same network:
-58 RSRP
-9 RSRQ
25 SINR
15 CIQ
I’d like to manually apply the latest firmware from a file as LTE modem refuses to initiate. To go from:
“MikroTik_CP_2.160.000_v010”
to
“MikroTik_CP_2.160.000_v012”
Speeds on the working units are below what I expected given the signal integrity but they are stable.
Fixed IP SIM on EE (one working) Band 3 20Mhz 18mbps down, 6mbps up
Flex IP SIM on VF Band 20 10Mhz 25Mbps down, 10mbps up.
Firmware update is the place I want to start troubleshooting. Any ideas appreciated. I’m a relatively new to MT hardware/ROS.
Devices are outdoors and this was one of my concerns.
