I am new in Mikrotik. Did some configuration. Just wanted to know if I want to be MTCNA then from where I can get good high-quality training videos/written contents?

The MTCNA training itself will give you all the needed info 
RouterOS by Example by Stephen Discher is a good written reference for new RouterOS users. It’s not fully up to date like the Mikrotik MTCNA training is but it’s a very good start.
I also believe Mikrotik will get more usage and better skilled users if Selfstudy training is released.
Most people in the IT field, like myself, find a training course to be slow paced and a waste of valuable time. MTCNA can be done in two days by some.

Usually people lack general networking knowledge. Special mikrotik related things are understandable from documentation in other cases. If getting knowledge at official training is waste of time, everyone is free to get help in documentation, mum presentations and here of course. Google helps a lot too…
Agreed, but when you want to train other employees at a company, it’s good to have a program/course to go through to start with the foundations before getting into more advanced topics. When Googling people tend to skip the basic foundation to get a better understanding of why they have to do things in a certain way.

As a trainer, I’ve had to create a TCP/IP course for people who “think” that they know it all. Its unbelievable how many people can’t subnet or dont know about the 7 layers ( or why they have to know it).
For those who could do mtcna in two days; sure, if you skip a lot of material and don’t do the labs properly. Again, I’ve had very good people learn a few things just by being in class.
As I say to people, being in class will break the last wall between you and independence.
