Where can I find the scripting manual

Hello,

Where can I find the scripting manual with the language I can use.
So I’m looking for arguments that I can use, such as :foreach a in or :do or if.
May be a very stupid question, but can’t find it in the user manual.
I hope somebody would like to help me with this.
